Shipping costs

Shipping costs are billed at a flat rate via the shop and apply to the following countries:

• Germany = € 12,50 plus packaging costs - Free shipping from 500,00 €
• Switzerland = CHF 38,00 incl. payment of duty plus packaging costs - Free shipping from CHF 800,00 
  
• EU-countries = € 25,90 plus packaging costs - Free shipping from € 700,00
• all other countries: ex works

Delivery times

The delivery times for items without an individual print are 5 working days within 
Germany and approx. 5-7 working days within Europe.
Individualized items that are printed or embossed according to your specifications require approx. 
10 working days after approval for printing to be completed.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

• Paypal
• Credit Card (Master/Visa)
  
  

For orders under 100 euros net, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 15.00 euros net. 
Our shop is aimed at commercial customers, all prices are plus VAT.
